Abstract:

This talk will give an overview of the Eclipse IP Process and what it entails. We will discuss the responsibilities of Committers, Projects, PMCs and the Foundation and the various process components that form part of the process (e.g. parallel IP, the use of third party dependencies, IP logs). In addition, we will review the nature and extent of the due diligence completed by the Eclipse Foundation and emerging developments in IP at Eclipse.

This video was recorded at EclipseCon 2009.
